Profiling
The profiling phase involves determining whether an organisation can be assessed as an ‘Organisational Provider of Occupational First Aid Training’. At this stage the applicant provides basic information about the experience of the organisation in the delivery of OFA courses and its management, training and administrative structure. The profiling form is available below.
The criteria for acceptance of an organisation as a provider of Occupational First Aid training courses are:

Past experience in the delivery of OFA courses

The number of OFA instructors employed by the organisation or contracted by it.

An organisational structure that supports the training and assessment of instructors and the administration of courses.
Once an organisation/company has begun the process of becoming a registered provider by sending a profile form to the OFAA, an invoice will be sent. The registration fees are as follows:
Small organisation / company (1 – 4 OFA instructors) - €1,000
Large organisation / company (5 or more OFA instructors) - €2,000
Normal commercial terms and conditions apply to payments.
