Welcome to the new OFAAA website. Please note that there is now a new system in place for creating course notification and submitting results. Please start by creating your account here. You will receive further instructions on how to register courses and submit results once you have logged into your account.

All OFA courses must be registered online before a course is due to take place. Instructors can submit course information by firstly registering for an online account and then by logging and registering a course.  Please ensure all pps numbers and dates of birth are correct.Candidates names should be entered as you wish them to appear on Fetac certificates.Fetac have informed Ofaaa that to issue a new Fetac cert,  there will be an additional charge of 15 euro per certificate.Please note that this charge is from FETAC and not OFAAA.

Instructors are required to use ONLY Fetac assessment marking sheets and ensure all paperwork is signed by instructor and external examiner. All course documentation should be held by the instructor for a minimum of 2 years.Ofaaa are monitoring course paperwork on an ongoing basis.

Key FETAC Dates 2010

FETAC has issued key dates for 2010 (available on the FETAC website). The following arrangements have been made by OFAAA based on these dates:

1. August Certification 2010
   July 10th - Cut off date for receipt of candidate's information by OFAAA.
   September 5th- All authenticated results submitted to FETAC.
   September 30th - Issue of Certificates
   
   
2. November Certification 2010
   November 5th - Cut off date for receipt of candidate's information by OFAAA.
   December 5th - All authenticated results submitted to FETAC.
   January 20th - Issue of Certificates for November 2010 certification period.
